Laser Technology
We use laser technology for both diagnostic and treatment purposes, in a non-invasive and pain-free way. Primarily, we employ a diode laser to treat gum conditions as well as to carry out minor surgical procedures. The high speed at which the laser emits pulses means that the patient experiences no pain, allowing us to stop bleeding, repair nerve endings and reduce swelling, all without using any anesthesia.
Intraoral Cameras & Digital Radiography
High quality imaging of the inside of your mouth is a critical tool in effective diagnosis. Our system of intraoral cameras allows us to view images in real time or as enlarged pictures. The results of these images provide us with the necessary tools to document and explain conditions in a visual manner to both patients and external consultants. We also use digital radiography tools, or x-rays without traditional film, in an extraoral fashion, that is from outside the mouth. Much like intraoral cameras, digital radiography enables us to digitally store images and share them seamlessly with all interested parties.
Autoclave Sterilization
Infections are the leading factor behind many dental health issues. With an autoclave, we are able to heat solutions beyond their boiling points, creating a pressurized steam that can be used to kill bacteria. This technology is used to sterilize all of our instruments, creating a clean and safe state of the art environment for our patients to enjoy.
